Can I return my product?
You may return your product within 14 days of receipt. You do this by sending an email within these 14 days to hello@storytiles.com that includes your name and order number.
You will then receive a confirmation from StoryTiles telling you how to return the package. After receiving this email, you still have 14 days to return the product to us.
NOTE: Can I return personalized tiles?
Our personalized tiles are baked to order especially for you with
on them your text. For this reason, it is not possible to exchange or return these tiles.
NOTE: Can I return the plain tiles?
Our plain tiles are baked in different batches. To avoid the
different batches getting mixed up and possible nuance differences in color, it is not possible to return these tiles. However, it is possible to request a sample through our website prior to your actual order. This allows you to determine in advance whether you like the color.
About the shipping costs involved with a return:
The shipping costs of a return are for your own account, unless you have received the wrong product or if there is another problem that StoryTiles is responsible for. If this appears to be the case, we will send you a return label so that you can return the package free of charge. Upon receipt of the return package, we will refund the purchase price to you (including the initial shipping costs you paid when making your order).
What should I do if my products are damaged when I receive them?
Can I exchange my StoryTiles for another product?
You have the right to return within 14 days of receiving your purchase,
for example, in case you prefer a different tile. You return the product you don't want and receive a refund. And in the meantime you order online the tile you do want. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Contact us at hello@storytiles.com and you will receive a message with the return address.
After receiving our reply to your email, you have another 14 days to return your product to us.
Do I get my money back when I return a product?
Once the product is received by us in good order, the purchase amount
will be refunded to the account used to make the purchase.
