Our StoryTiles are securely packed and delivered worldwide through a package delivery service. All StoryTiles ordered before 4pm will be shipped the same business day. All StoryTiles ordered after 4pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. As soon as the package leaves our shipping house, you will receive an e-mail with track&trace code. So you can easily keep track of when your package is delivered.

Personalized StoryTiles

Personalized StoryTiles are baked especially for you, securely packed and delivered worldwide. Personalized StoryTiles are shipped within two weeks (tiles with gold detail take 3 weeks). Once the package leaves our shipping house, you will receive an email with track&trace code.

Gift Card

The Gift Card is sent by PostNL within the Netherlands. In Europe they are sent by mailbox post. We can deliver the Gift Cards worldwide.

All Gift Cards ordered before 4pm will be shipped the same business day.
All Gift Cards ordered after 4pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day. If you want to give a Gift Card directly as a gift, choose the Gift Card by email, it will be emailed directly to the recipient to use immediately in the webshop.

Plain Sample Tiles

Our Plain sample tiles are securely packaged and delivered worldwide via package delivery service. All samples ordered before 4pm will be shipped the same business day. All samples ordered after 4pm or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Plain tiles

Plain tiles are generally delivered within 3-5 business days, however this depends on whether they are in stock and the destination. If you have placed an order with both StoryTiles and plain tiles you will receive two separate shipments. The plain tiles will always be delivered to you as a separate shipment on half a pallet. This is done on working days during office hours.

Please note: you must be present when the plain tiles are delivered to your address because a signature is required. We will contact you in advance to schedule an appointment.

You can also pick up the tiles yourself in Weesp, which will save you the shipping costs, which we will then refund to you. Please email us if you would like to do this at hello@storytiles.com.

Shipping costs for purchases up to € 50,- in the Benelux are € 3,95. For purchases
from € 50,- shipping in the Benelux and Germany is free.

For shipping costs outside the Benelux and Germany, shipping costs are calculated in the webshop in your shopping basket when you enter the country and postal code.**

We ship our products worldwide!

The shipping costs for your country will appear at checkout once you have entered your address. If no shipping costs appear for your country, please contact us and we will calculate the shipping costs for you.

We only ship plain tiles within the EU.

Were you expecting your package but haven't received it yet? Or does your package seem to be untraceable? Please contact us! We are happy to find out the status of the package for you.

Please note: if you have ordered personalized tiles, the delivery time is 2 weeks (and 3 weeks for personalized tiles with gold detail). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that the package is on its way. In this email you will find the tracking number that allows you to follow the package and see exactly when it will be delivered.
