The making process

StoryTiles are hand baked in the Netherlands. The tiles are made of high-quality ceramic and are finished with a glossy layer of glaze.

Much of the collection can be personalized with name, date or a short piece of text.

StoryTiles consist of a set of 2 to 6 Small or Medium tiles, which together form a tile artwork.

Product Description

StoryTiles designed the tile "Back on Texel. This tile shows in the background the boat towards the island, above it a group of seagulls are flying. The famous bright red lighthouse is depicted with beautiful houses in front of it. On the beach is a lady in blue and white striped bathing suit with a red and white beach ball under her arm. In the green grass is a sheep grazing, like so many to be seen on Texel.

The tile is hand-fired in the Netherlands from high-quality ceramic and is a lasting reminder of a place you love to return to. On the back is a hanging hook, so you can hang the tile right away. You can also place it down on a shelf or in a holder. Available in Small 10x10 cm and Medium 13x13 cm.

A special gift for someone who loves Texel, enjoys vacationing there or has fond memories of the island. Also wonderful to have in your own home as a memento of Texel.
