The making process

StoryTiles are hand baked in the Netherlands. The tiles are made of high-quality ceramic and are finished with a glossy layer of glaze.

Much of the collection can be personalized with name, date or a short piece of text.

StoryTiles are available in Small and Medium. A selection is also available in Large.

StoryTiles consist of a set of 2 to 6 Small or Medium tiles, which together form a tile artwork.

StoryTiles are standard packed in a sturdy cardboard packaging. Each tile has its own title on the back of the packaging.

Product Description

The StoryTiles city tile "Your Leeuwarden" features the iconic tower with the Frisian flag on top. In the water a sailing boat and in the foreground the statue with the cow to which a child has tied a leash and is playing as if she is letting the cow out. The trees in the background are slightly crooked due to the wind in the far north. A beautiful tile if you love Friesland.

The tile is hand-fired in the Netherlands from high-quality ceramic and is a lasting memento of a city full of individuality and character. The hanging hook on the back makes it easy to hang the tile. You can also put it down on a shelf or in a holder. Available in Small 10x10 cm and Medium 13x13 cm.
